Matt has spent his 21-year career in ‘real asset’ sectors, including equity sponsor roles for UK PPPs, transaction advisory for European infrastructure deals, regulation of natural monopoly infrastructure, investment feasibility and corporate and structured finance roles.
Matt spent 10 years with ANZ in its corporate and structured finance team with responsibility for deal origination across real asset sectors. Under Matt’s leadership, the team focussed closely on structured and project finance solutions in addition to large, complex corporate transactions.

Rad was Managing Director, Head of Fixed Income and Credit for Société Générale where he managed a A$10bn portfolio of credit assets and Head of Trading for TD Securities in Australia. Rad has comprehensive knowledge of international credit markets.
More recently Rad is the MD of Infrastructure and Energy at Northquest, where he has successfully structured customised financial solutions for corporate and government clients across their infrastructure and energy projects.

Joe has over 28 years of financial markets and institutional banking experience, having lived and worked in London, Singapore and Sydney building and running large complex global businesses. At National Australia Bank and SMBC as Managing Director and General Manager, Joe ran a financial institutions business working with global investors and funds. Previously at TD Securities and NAB, Joe ran multiple Debt Capital Markets Origination and Syndicate businesses over an 18-year period.

Yoko is a strategic finance executive with 28 years' experience. Most recently, Yoko led capital markets and corporate finance functions at APA Group, Australia's leading energy infrastructure business, supporting its growth strategy.
Prior to that, Yoko headed up Investor Relations, Business Planning, Commercial Contracting & Business Development Functions at APA, as well as leading corporate banking in Tokyo for RBS. Yoko commenced her banking career working for Citi Group and she started her corporate career working or Mitsubishi.

Glen is an experienced corporate financier having spent his 20-year professional career structuring finance products for institutional clients and building critical infrastructure for public and private sector.
Glen spent over a decade at ANZ and holds an MBA from Macquarie University, Bachelor of Science from Auckland University and is an GAICD.
Glen is the alternative member of RACP’s Investment Committee.

Paul spent his Corporate and Institutional Banking career at Toronto-Dominion and ANZ.
Paul has worked across a range of financing techniques including Project Finance, Syndicated, Structured and Leveraged loan markets and Structured Trade and Receivables.
Paul’s Industry experience was also broad, working across the Resources, Energy, Industrial, Telecoms, Technology and Entertainment sectors. This experience saw Paul extensively involved in numerous large scale debt underwritings for companies in these sectors.

Matt spent the first 15 years in investment banking working for Merrill Lynch and UBS before establishing his own independent practice, Titanium Advisory, in 2011
Matt has obtained broad experience across government, corporate and financial institution sectors with projects ranging from performing detailed credit estimates to formally assisting clients with their engagement with the rating agencies

Jon has delivered complex finance solutions across the world to a wide array of energy sector entities while working in Australia, France, UK and US across his 38-year career.
Jon was ANZ’s Head of Energy for Project Finance, managing a A$5bn loan portfolio. He expanded ANZ’s appetite for renewable energy lending, broadened the customer base and diversified asset classes. This resulted in 40% growth of ANZ’s renewable energy business. Jon was also a credit officer and project financier for Société Générale.

Andrew has 25 years’ experience in financial advisory, funds management and treasury-related roles, with a particular focus on Energy & Utilities, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.
Andrew spent 20 years at AMP Capital Investors (AMPCI), leading its global debt advisory team, managing over 100 banks, bond investors and deal execution, raising over $40bn in credit facilities. He served on several investment committees at AMPCI. Andrew spent 6 years at United Energy and is a trained chartered accountant.

Lewis is a successful investment management professional with deep knowledge of Australia’s investment industry. He has held senior management and board positions with 4 major Australian fund managers, including as COO for Invesco Australia and CEO of Perrenial. Lewis currently sits on Netwealth’s Superannuation Trustee Board, Investment Committee and Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and as non-executive chair of Qualitas’ Trustee Board.

Will’s accounting background at PwC and commercial roles at Fosters Group, GE Capital and NAB Asset Finance provide the experience make him well suited to RACP’s CFO role.
Will has extensive experience in private wealth markets with Prime Financial, Hamilton Wealth and most recently was the CEO of the Marcus Today investor newsletter.
